I hadn't heard back about a return i sent through so I used WhatsApp and got in touch with Ellie who was so helpful. Got back to me straight away once she located my order and arranged a refund. It was so nice to deal with someone so friendly and efficient and have my issue sorted immediately. Would definitely make me want to keep using boohoo especially since their customer service is so fantastic! Thanks again Ellie!

My new boots came in a torn box with clear scuffs on them. Since my friend ordered them for me, I didn’t have my order number. Despite this, the team was very accommodating and sent me a new pair virtually hassle free.

"Orders to Ontario Canada have been fine"
I've ordered quite a bit from them, but just 'sampled' for the first order as I didn't trust them based on all the terrible reviews. I think I've done 5 more orders. One single pair of pants didn't fit, and it was my fault. Now I've ordered tops, pants, heavy boots and coats from them. Sizing seems pretty good. Canada Post is occasionally late but coming from Europe to here seems to be a breeze, no extra charges and no tax from memory. Prices are fair for what you are getting, I do not expect anything to last 'decades' and there's even some Canadian retailers that buy from them, or their suppliers. I grabbed a few things and shot the picture, materials are actually better than average, everything has been washed and didn't shrink (I don't own a dryer however). It's too bad they have so many negative reviews. I'd suggest buying a few cheaper things to sample size or quality, like I did. But ultimately ALL the sizing has proven accurate for me.

"Out of stock"
Sadly one of my items went out of stock after I’d purchased it and they refunded me. It came straight back in stock and I wanted to reorder it but didn’t want to be charged the delivery twice (as other items on the original order had gone through) so Kaitlin really kindly organised a gift card to cover the second delivery charge. Thank you x

“The pants to me run big and the dressing run small shirts seem to run true to size however except for sweaters I would size up just to be in the safe size hope this helps.”

“There's really no relationship except in the aspect of goods & services and supply & demand. They provided low cost items and we as consumers buy them... There is no "them" without us... Their in competition with " others" for our hard earned $. Hope this helps”

“I just got my order in. I'm from Houston. I ordered on March 26... I'm pleased with my items... I'd say it's almost like buying from forever 21 as far as quality. I bought 5 items and I'm happy with them all except for this skirt. Only cus of my shape. I'm 5'7 199 lbs. Just have a fluffy stomach. I think if I was slimmed down it would be cute on me. The site said my size was a 14. My normal size is a 12. I purchased all 12's and glad I did. Nothing was too snug or too big. Theb14 would have been too big. Hope this helps.
