I ordered a few tops and a dress from boohoo, the quality was probably a bit better than I was expecting. The fabric feels nice enough, not super thin, and everything seemed to wash fine. The sizing was decent too, at least for what I picked. I’d likely order from them again.

"Tracking worked just fine"
My order tracked fine the whole way, nothing weird or confusing. I kept checking it more than I needed to, kind of like when you keep opening the fridge hoping something new appears. But yeah, updates showed up and the package got where it was supposed to.

"Easy return, no hassle"
Had to send a dress back because the sizing was off. I was a little nervous after seeing a few things online, not gonna lie. But it was totally fine. Got an email when they received the return, and the refund was back in my account a few days later. Quick. No stress at all. I'd order from them again.

"Really quick delivery"
I ordered a few bits from boohoo and just wasn’t expecting them to arrive so quickly. I got updates along the way, and my parcel actually came earlier than the date I was given. Everything was packed fine too. Just really happy with how fast it all was and I’d definitely order again.

I had to cancel my order, and from what I could tell, it went through quickly. I got a confirmation email not too long after, so I’m assuming everything was handled fine. No real stress on my end, so overall I’m happy with how it went.

Ordered a few tops and jeans from boohoo. Tops were really nice. Fit well. The jeans though. Bit tight on the waist. Still wearable, not a huge issue. I’d probably just size up next time.

I had to send a dress back to boohoo because the sizing was a bit off, which was annoying because I really didn’t want to deal with a long return process. Luckily it was actually straightforward, I followed the link, printed the label, and posted it back. I was expecting to have to wait around and chase them, but the refund came through quicker than I thought. No hassle, no stress. I’d order from them again.

I keep coming back to boohoo mostly because the website is just really easy to use. The menus are straightforward, the search actually shows me what I’m trying to find, and the size, colour, and price filters make browsing way less annoying. Checkout is quick too, and I like that my basket stays saved while I keep looking around. i’m always a bit wary of customer service with online shops, so I prefer when I don’t have to contact anyone at all — and with this site, things are simple enough that I usually don’t need to

I’m always a bit cautious when ordering clothes online because sizes or colors can be off, or something gets missed, but my boohoo order came exactly as I chose it. Every item was there, the sizes and colors were right, and nothing looked mixed up. The delivery bag was tidy too, which made it feel like the order had been handled properly. Overall, I’m happy and I’d feel comfortable ordering again.

"Payment was fine, thankfully no surprise charges"
I paid for my boohoo order and, i was half expecting some kind of issue because online checkouts can be annoying. But it actually went through without a problem. The confirmation email came quickly, and the amount charged matched what I saw at checkout, so at least there were no random extra fees or weird card problems. I did have to get a refund for one item, which I was a bit worried would take forever, but it came back sooner than expected. The billing side was probably the least stressful part of the whole order.

"I ordered a dress and ended up needing…"
I ordered a dress and ended up needing a different size, so I sent it back for an exchange. Getting the return label was simple, but after that the updates were slow and I had to keep checking on it myself?? The new size did arrive in the end and it fit fine, so that part was okay. I just wish the whole exchange process had been quicker and a bit clearer

Boohoo always seems to have the kind of styles I’m after. There are loads of trendy pieces, plenty to choose from, and it never feels dull or samey. I usually end up spotting something I want quickly.

"Clear updates, just a little slow once"
I ordered from boohoo.com the updates were solid. The confirmation came through right away, and the tracking details were easy to follow, so I wasn’t left guessing where my parcel was.
The only small thing was that one customer service reply took a bit longer than I expected, but they did answer my question properly when they got back to me. Overall, communication was good and I’d be happy to order from them again.

"I had a bit of a hiccup..."
I had a bit of a hiccup getting into my boohoo account after I changed my email, and I was half expecting it to turn into one of those annoying reset loops. But the reset link came through quickly and I was back in without much fuss.
I also sorted my address and saved cards while I was there, assuming it might take a few tries, but it all saved fine the first time. Simple overall and didn’t make me go round in circles, so 5 stars from me.

I ordered a few dresses and tops, they looked really nice for what I paid. The quality was better than I expected too, which was a pleasant surprise. I’ll probably keep buying from them as long as the prices stay fair and the quality doesn’t drop, otherwise I’d definitely start looking somewhere else

"Quick fix from customer service"
I had an issue with my delivery update, so I messaged boohoo customer service. They replied quickly, and because they understood the problem straight away, it got sorted without loads of messages back and forth. I thought I’d be waiting longer, but it was fixed the same day. Really happy with how easy it all was.
